Meeting Theme: How do you like this year, 2024?
Word of the Day: reckon We started our meeting with an Induction Ceremony for our new member. As our General Evaluator mentioned, the ceremony reminded us of our first day in Toastmasters, which we refer to as the Moment of Truth.
Two speakers, along with one of the evaluators, were not eligible to be chosen as the “Best Speaker” and the “Best Evaluator” because they spoke either too long or too short. However, thanks to the generosity of the Toastmaster of the Day, we were still able to select the “Best.”
We had a valuable learning experience together!
