Prepared Speech session
1st speaker: TM C W, Effective Coaching #1-3 – Evaluation and Feedback -2
“Searching for solutions in hard days”
She kept finding a solution to relationship with her mum. Her mum defined happiness and success for her. She struggled a lot until they can reconcile. She got a hint for the solution from Quick-step dancing. “Don’t worry. It’s the opposite. When you mastered it, you’ll know how to fix it.” “You should try hard first, and then you will know how to fix.” When we struggle, we look for solution desperately and the problems are intertwined. Don’t be afraid to the problems. You will find a solution when you overcome it.
“When we struggle, we look for solution desperately.”
2nd speaker: TM M K, Effective Coaching #1-1 – Icebreaker
“My Life”
2020 was a devastating year for her although we have COVID-19. Her mother became ill in that year. She needed to take over her mother’s company and felt inferior to her mother, who is the pioneer for English education and established many legacies. A trustworthy friend told her “You don’t have to be your mother. Just do what your mother intended to tell you.” She realized that the work is precious for others. “You don’t have to follow me. You can do things differently in the new era.”
“We are what made we are.”
